All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days, and every parcel is tracked from the door.

Free UK delivery applies to every order — there is no minimum spend.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Opened and used products are eligible — we understand you need to try them. Products with packaging opened or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email contact@royalcrownelle.com. We will send you a prepaid UK return label. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described; if they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These rights are in addition to the returns policy above.
