Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Royal Crownelle is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for opened and used products. Products with packaging opened or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details on the returns process.
